IE7 and This Site

December 9, 2008
I’ve been working on my mac a lot lately and just noticed that this weblog does not render correctly when using Internet Explorer 7. I will have to figure out a fix since I’m all out. It works great with other browsers but not with IE7. Yes, I know, it sucks. You probably will not notice the difference much. But I do… and I hate it!!!

Back In Utah

December 7, 2008

I’m off to work tomorrow after three weeks of nothing but eating, resting, shopping, eating, coffee, and more eating. I went to the gym a couple of times but I found no use to eat since we ate waaaayyyy too much! At least I became a godfather to one of my nieces. I am not a Catholic although I was raised one. I had forgotten all of their rituals. So the sprinkling of the water cracked me up a bit. At least both my nephew and niece are now baptized.

Our flight from Virginia was at 6 AM. So we were up at 3 AM to make sure that we get to the airport on time. We knew that it will take awhile for us all to get ready. Sure enough, we were running really late. The flight was already boarding by the time we got to the gate. United was also going to charge us for checking in luggages. What a bunch of bull! Thank God the lady at the counter noticed that I am in the Service and decided to give me break! These extra fees kill me. On top of that, We were over a few pounds on a couple of luggages. But considering that we were late, the lady decided that she didn’t want to have to deal with us paying since we were going to miss the flight. Hahaha… I feel blessed.

We were sooo tired coming home but we had to go to our church’s Christmas party. After which we all saw Manny beat the crap out of Oscar. If our flight was any later than what it was, we would’ve missed the beatdown of Oscar last night.
But… back to work tomorrow. I’ll post more pics from VA soon!

That’s me in the red sweater!

No Doubt About The PacMan

December 7, 2008

There was no doubt that Pacquiao would beat the golden boy. A lot of people thought that DeLaHoya was just too tall and had a longer reach, therefore Manny would have a hard time fighting. But then they all forgot about Manny’s speed. Man… he’s just way too fast!

Manny was too nice though. As arrogant as DeLaHoya is, I wanted Manny to knock him out! but instead the “Golden Boy” put on his panties and threw in the towel. He just got his butt owned by Manny!

Mabuhay!!! What a way to represent! Best quote… Doctor to Oscar… “Do you have a headache?!”

Boyce Avenue

If you haven’t heard of these guys yet… well, look them up on youtube. They are probably one of the best cover bands I’ve heard in awhile. And the lead’s voice is soooo amazing.
