We’ve had such beautiful weather this past week and we all decided to spend Saturday afternoon at Antelope Island since the Hawley’s have never been there.  It was extremely windy but it wasn’t too cold – the temperature was actually perfect. The kids had a lot of fun except for the walk from the parking lot to the beach.  The shoreline was pretty far from the lot and there were rocks everywhere.

I brought all my lenses but I ended up using only one – the 50-135 SDM.  I had planned to use a couple of strobes but the situation deemed it unwarranted.  As always, the Pentax delivers!  I love this lens – it’s tack sharp and provides really good bokeh.  But for certain situations, I wished I had another telephoto with a much longer reach.  However, I do not have the money anyways to buy another one.  Regardless, we had a lot of fun!

This one has some explicit language, but it’s really funny nonetheless.  It kind of reminds me of boot camp back in my days! It’s funny how someone was actually (at least, I think) translating every word the soldier was saying.  A word of caution though…  this one has some foul language in it.  Viewer discretion is highly advised!

The Best Speech Ever!!!

Spring practice for the Utah football team starts this week!  It’s only March but I’m waaaayyyy excited about this year’s team.  I’m curious to find out how the team does without standout quarterback Brian Johnson.
