I’m here in the Springs area (school) for five more weeks! I definitely miss home right now. I’m supposed to be studying but I can’t find the strength to crack the book open. I’m too effing weak! However, here’s some good news… I’ve received a couple of replies from models here in this area who are willing to do a shoot.  Yaaaaayyyy!!!!  I’ve been out of it for sooooo long!  I need to do a shoot with someone.

Here’s a few shots I’ve taken while I’m here in school.  As you know, they’ve designated me as my flight’s photographer.  They didn’t believe I was actually one.  Hahahaha….

I’ve been too busy…  we finally bought a house but we’re still unpacking. I haven’t really touched my camera lately.  Today, I took it with me to my son’s soccer game. After a few shots, I sat it down the bench where it fell to the ground and broke my SDM 50-135 lens.  My heart sank!!! I have to send it in to Pentax and see if they can repair it.

On a positive note, if I don’t end up buying a brand new lens, I should have enough money to buy the K-7.  I’m really excited about this one especially for its video capabilities.
