Inspiration (Design)
May 31, 2010I have a deep sense of enjoyment when looking at designs. Whether it be buildings or origami stuff… I love looking at them. This guy Kevin Cantrell is really good. Here’s a sample of his work (fenice).

I’ve no permission to post this photo. So if I take it down abruptly, please don’t be surprised. This is definitely not my work. However, I love the photo for it seems like my kind of place to shoot. This is from a guy named Tak.

Don’t know who owns this photo. But I really, really love it! I love the bokeh and the overall emptiness of it all.

There’s one person missing here… my oldest son!!! He was probably shaking his booty on the dance floor to another silly song. This was during Jaycee’s 18th birthday party – which was a really awesome and fun night! I’m blessed to be surrounded by good (and goofy) people. God is good!
Anyways, this is just a side note to show the world that all is well… all is well…

This was a fun shoot! Emily was quite funny and I really enjoyed my time with her. We’ve been trying to do the shoot for awhile now but I was too busy with other things. But we were finally able to meet and shoot this week! The weather was not really cooperating and it seemed like it was going to rain towards the end of our session. However, I was able to get some really nice shots. I wasn’t able to use any of my lights since I had forgotten to charge my battery. I had a previous session where I used my lights extensively, and like an idiot, I forgot to plug it in afterwards. Nonetheless, Emily was really fun. And am looking forward to doing this with her again…
